Title: Pasta & Walnut Fruit Salad #2

Yield: 6 Servings

8ozMedium Shells or Rotini OR other medium pasta shape, uncooke
1cNon-fat, plain yogurt
1tbHoney
1/4cOrange juice concentrate - thawed
11ozMandarin oranges, drained - (juice-packed)
1cSeedless red grapes - cut into halves
1cSeedless green grapes - cut into halves
1 Apple; cored and chopped
1/2cSliced celery
1/2cWalnut halves

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. In a small bowl, blend yogurt, honey and orange juice concentrate. In a large bowl, combine pasta and remaining ingredients. Add yogurt mixture; toss to coat. Cover and chill thoroughly.

Serves 6 to 8

Each serving provides: 226 Calories; 6.45 g Protein; 40.8 g Carbohydrates; 5.2 g Fat; 0.6 mg Cholesterol; 39 mg Sodium. Calories from Fat: 26%
